I ordered take-out salads for dinner and not-on-sale bread that has fiber (Orowheat from Safeway.) I also ordered mineral oil for general well-being and Citrucel for an in-between step of increasing fiber. Citrucel has 15 g of fiber per serving, over half of the recommended goal for fiber intake.
Safeway sells tortillas that have fiber, although I've never had them before. The University of Illinois-cited page recommended up to two servings of salad a day with two sides of vegetables. That sounds like a lot.
I'm going to mix what's new with what's familiar and keep (of course) buying normal things and treats. I also got donuts from the store.
