The bread from Wegman's was so good I had three pieces of toast for breakfast, two with lunch as a sandwich, two buttered as a snack and then one in the evening (4 g of fiber each slice.) Plus 3 cups of popcorn is 3 g fiber and 35 g total.
Well, I tell you what: I'm not hungry. I may still be eating but I am full, like a stuffed turkey.
