Spicy tuna gimbap

  The dish I want to make uses spicy tuna, rice and laver.  These website show how it is assembled, although I only am looking for the mac-and-cheese version, with canned spicy tuna and three ingredients total.  It is delicious.

Spicy tuna is 고추참치 (pronounced: Gochu Chamchi.)
